200 living rooms, 2023-2024
Serie of paintings, acrylic and oil canvas, 200x200cm each.
The series consists of four large-scale paintings that accompany the artist's MFA thesis project, which explores the living room and the sofa as anthropological objects and as sites of personal and collective reminiscence. The work draws on a collection of living room photographs sourced from real estate listings and everyday contexts, combining visual research with anthropological questions on housing.
